Retain Solutions Ltd is searching for an experienced Site Construction Manager to manage and coordinate our on-site construction activities in Great Britain (GB) and Ireland.

The Site Construction Manager will report to the Managing Director and has responsibility for managing Subcontractors.
Location: You will be based in our main Belfast, Northern Ireland office and Great Britain.
The position will require time in both Belfast and GB. Applications are invited from candidates based in GB or NI.
Key Role Activities:
- Help take contracts from initial lead to completion/handover.
- Manage & coordinate our sub-contractors on construction sites and liaise with the site teams.
- Carry out interim valuations and finalise measurements of completed contracts.
- Develop & maintain relationships with main contractors and Consultants, Architects, Public Utilities & Local Authorities.
- To help prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and to produce As Built Documentation post construction.
- To liaise with and assist our Contracts director and review tenders/prospects that he needs to follow up.
- Pursue leads & contacts to generate sales & follow up on existing sales leads.
- To cost, budget, tender, negotiate and secure orders.
- Participate in technical presentations & seminars for new & existing clients.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors’ technical & commercial attributes.
- Participate in our e-marketing including social media.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Experienced site construction manager, CSCS certified
- IT literate including Excel, Word and AutoCAD
- Full current Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline and previous experience in the construction environment.
