Our recent contract in Coleraine is a good example.
Our friends Brendan Loughran & Sons Ltd. approached us with an urgent request for their site in Coleraine. Retain had completed multiple contracts throughout NI with Brendan Loughran & Sons over the years. We both knew we could work collaboratively.
This recent request was straightforward “Can you design and build this wall ASAP” (with the emphasis on ASAP)
We received the site layout drawings and produced an initial budget quote. We were instructed to produce a detailed design and a contract price which was then accepted.
The next step was to ensure blocks, grid and aggregates were delivered early to site. Following liaison with the site foreman, the materials were stored where we could get easy access whilst the bulk dig was ongoing. Permission was obtained so that our installation squad could work longer hours from early morning to late evening. The 190 sq m. wall was then built in 5 days.
Whilst not our biggest job, the whole process from initial contact to completed wall took less than 3 weeks.
